Elsabe’s Comice Cottage is exactly as described. Better than pictured. Hot tub blissful after a long hike & swimming in rock pools in nearby beautiful Bainskloof reserve . Very peaceful and private overlooking the farm dam. The place has everything you would need , plus inverter. Rhodes is friendly & charming ,extremely helpful and attentive & on call should we have needed him. Recommend anytime !

A lovely, safe, well planned cottage, in a private location. However, it does not offer central air conditioning, as advertised. In 35 degree average heat, this is important to know. Only the main bedroom is cooled. The supplied fans do not compensate for stifling the heat in the rest of the house...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Comice cottage, our second stay in two months at Under Oak Cottages 😁 The location was exquisite, and our hosts made our experience truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the cottage is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Overall, our experience was absolutely delightful. From the great location to the incredible hosts, every aspect of our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. We can't wait to return in the future

We had a lovely stay at Elsabé’s place. She was a wonderfull host. Rhodes who assisted us with check in and check out was just as lovely. Such an amazing team and Amazing accommodation. Would recommend to anyone.
