The area isnt was i was expecting. The home was clean and looked like the pictures
Check-in at Jody’s place was great. The instructions were easy to follow and I didn’t have a hard time getting in. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. The hosts also communicated with us during our stay.
The unit was very easy to get into. Instructions very clear and the place was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that it is right on 3rd street which is a busy street so it was difficult to get to sleep. Aside from the noise it was a really great experience.

Modern Flat is located in the South Front district, close to several restaurants and breweries. It's a very short drive to Downtown Wilmington with it's award winning River Walk. Greenfield Lake is also a short drive away and is the great spot for a walk.
Guests will be able to walk to the restaurants, breweries, and bars in the South Front district. You're a short drive to Downtown and only 20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach.
