Absolutely fantastic stay. They have thought of everything. It is beautiful, well equipped, peaceful, and so so nice. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this space. It was perfect for our two families to have our own space, but also be together! The community is great as well.

This place deserves 10-stars! We fell in love with Playa Avellanas and Vida Verde. The property is absolutely stunning and well-maintained. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounge areas were so nice to have. We cannot say enough about the pool and deck area. It was amazing and the saltwater pool was refreshing after a long day in the sun. Playa Avellanas is a quick scoot across the street. There is free parking included with your stay and you get the opportunity to cross the mangrove boardwalk to get there. Very cool! There are many restaurants nearby that are excellent. Simon was a phenomenal host. Very friendly and welcoming. Offered us some recommendations for dinner and advice on where to travel next. Always around if we needed anything. We felt very safe and supported while staying here. We cannot wait until we can come back and stay for twice as long. For those contemplating staying here, do it! You will not be disappointed!

Joelle & Simon were always very kind and attentive, willing to help and support you, both very charismatic, cheerful and always with a smile, we would definitely return to this place of peace and tranquility. On the property you can admire the monkeys and squirrels up close. Thank you Joelle again for the mangos, it was a great detail for us :)

I could not say enough about Vida Verde! The hosts are amazing and went out of their way to make our stay above our expectations. We travelled with our 3 yr old son and accommodations were made especially for him. We participated in the local weekly delivery of fresh fish, bread and produce during our stay and were so pleased with the quality for value. We also had a breakfast and a dinner prepared by Joëlle and Simon that absolutely blew us away! Wonderful food! The place was charming, full of nature and wildlife and very eco-friendly. The hosts were on property continuously cleaning and maintaining the place, and were always available for information on the area and great spots to visit. It was a very hot week but the pool was always inviting. They have thought of everything one might need during their time here. We would definitely recommend a stay at Vida Verde while visiting the Pacific side of Costa Rica! A thousand thanks Joëlle and Simon!!

Thank you for sharing your most wonderful space with us. Everything was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. You really thought of every single detail in creating a beautiful fully equipped tropical oasis for my family. Also, thank you again for a scrumptious breakfast. We loved everything!!
