Great place me and my family enjoyed. only issue is the gameroom remotes did not work , we had surprise visitors(raccoons)going into the trash bans/going into the bags at night and leaving trash for us to cleanup. other than that everything was good

We have been traveling to FL from MI for years & have stayed at many resorts. This resort was by far the easiest to get into & the quietest. We would rebook based on that alone. My only complaint would be that the pool was pretty small & only received morning sun & the "waterpark" area at the clubhouse. It wasn't very big. We attempted to go once and it was SO packed & there was nowhere to sit so we left & didn't attempt to go back. That's not a deal breaker for us though. The house was nice. Looked just like the pictures. It's situated in the back so we only had neighbors on each side, nobody behind us. The kitchen was fully equipped & the setup was ideal. Downstairs there is a King master suite & a 1/2 bath off the kitchen Upstairs over looking the pool there is a king room & the mickey room with a full bath in between, in the middle a king room & Harry Potter room share a bath, a queen master & king master overlooking the front. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

If you are in the Central Florida area i suggest you book Andy’s place. Very spacious, clean and very responsive when it comes to needing help with something. Highly recommend!!!!!

We decided take a family vacation after losing a family member from Covid. This was our first time bringing such a large group together. This house was amazing ! Looks just like the photos and beats our expectations. The pool area was clean and just a nice chill area for the family to relax. The house itself ten out of ten! The rooms were big, beds were comfortable and I can say is wow ! We had minor questions but Andy answered within hours max. No major issues and a nice area and community. Thank you so much Andy for hosting our family and being so accommodating to our needs.
