We loved this place. It’s incredibly peaceful but easily accessible and well located to explore the Trossachs. We could very much see ourselves coming back here.
This was our second trip to Cardross and it was just as lovely (the new decoration looks great). It was comfy, relaxing, and clean and we all had a great time.
We had a great stay at Cardross's cottage, lovely surrounding, peaceful and beautiful view. We also liked Fodder+Farm which is located nearby, our daughter loved baby goats, sheep and pig to visit. Farm hosts Kevin and Kat were very friendly and we got a chance to spend some time in their Easter market event. Would recommend this place and we would like to come back in the future.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this charming property. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Beautiful location.

Welcome to the Cardross Estate, where you can enjoy a holiday in our self catering cottages or a short bed & breakfast stay in Cardross House. The Estate is situated on the fringe of the Scottish Highlands and border of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Just to the north of us is the Lake of Menteith, the only 'Lake' in Scotland. Close by are the famous Trossachs, immortalised by Sir Walter Scott and closely associated with Rob Roy MacGregor and many exciting periods of Scottish History. Cardross Estate really is ideally situated for visiting Scotland's major cities, the Highlands and both coasts.
