This classic Craftsman was built in 1909 with this private, rental suite as part of the original design, with your own entrance on the wrap-around porch. We are a listing that allows the smoking of weed and cigarettes outside in your covered area. The 100% cotton sheets and towels are laundered in fragrance-free, natural soaps. The bed is a queen size. We provide a mini-fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle for your complimentary coffee and tea, and even a few local brews. There’s a table for dining or working, and strong WiFi. The lighting can be bright for work or low for relaxing. There’s plenty of on-street parking. Your private, bathroom is newly remodeled, with great water pressure and lots of hot water. For stays of longer than nine days, we will clean and change all linens, mid-stay or every seven days, for a fee of $25 per cleaning, to be paid through Airbnb at the time of service. Exact days and times for cleanings will be agreed upon by all parties.
