A farmstay/campsite, with 05 individual bedroom units. All of the units have attached washrooms. The surrounding is exceptionally beautiful, the property is situated amidst the woods, overlooking Haldwani City, under the shadow and glimmer of Nainital City and with the view of Bhimtal Lake. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, and is managed by a professional cook. A care taker is available 24*7 at service. The property has five individual bedroom units, and ample outdoor space. Fully motorable road and parking on premises. The road is a bit narrow at the last 100 meters, which is normal for people use to driving in Mountains, however if someone is not comfortable in driving on it we personally tend to it. Wi-Fi is free of cost.

Charu was so helpful and responsive. The place was neat and clean and have beautiful ambience. If anyone who is in need of a place with touch of nature must visit the place.

Nice place with amazing views overlooking Bhimtal and Haldwani.The host Chaaru was responsive and the assistants at the place were always there at your service. A bit difficult to reach the property due to road conditions. But once you reach there, you will forget the pain.

Charu is very responsive to calls and texts, he made sure our stay was comfortable and helped us throughout the stay. The stay was good, and the team managed to cook for us as per our wishes

It's a small village with friendly and receptive people.
Karkotak temple which offers a view of the Himalayan Range is situated at a distance of mere 2.5 km and can be approached through a beautiful trek.
Dhattapani is another serene place located nearby.
Other activities like birdwatching, paragliding, water sports, boating, canoeing are available within a radius of 3-4 km, can be arranged for in advance if required.
