Located in the Waveney Valley on the border of Suffolk and Norfolk. We are tucked away on our 10 acre smallholding. We are situated only 20 miles from Norwich and also 20 miles from the coast and destinations like Southwold and Aldeburgh. The accommodation consists of a large double room with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast items will be available for you in the dining area in the morning at a time to suit you. Your room is clean, spacious and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom with power shower. You are welcome to use the gardens and land to wander around as you please and also have use of our decking area outside. The lounge is also yours to use if you wish at any time during your stay (a small warning that our 4 small dogs love this area in the evenings!) We also have our Garden Bedroom available if there are more than two of you staying, please see our other listing for details. If you are interested in animals we are more than happy to give you a tour of our livestock, including Pigs, Sheep, Chickens, our Billy Goat, and Geese. Dependant on the time of year we also have very cute baby animals. Please ask for more info when you book! Feeding time of the livestock is always an experience and we'd be happy to have you along. Relax in the garden whilst watching the multitude of birds that visit our feeders and bird bath! If you're after peace and quiet The Farmhouse encompasses 10 acres of land, so a long walk around the fields, where you might spot rabbits in the grass or buzzards circling the sky, is sure to give you a sense of calm. The Farmhouse sits on a very quiet road with only the postman a regular visitor. A continental style breakfast will be available for you in the dining area in the morning at a time to suit you. Tea and Coffee is provided in your room with our welcome pack. We are lucky to have some fabulous local restaurants within easy traveling distance so you will always be able to find somewhere to enjoy an evening meal. We have a small selection of takeaways who also deliver to The Farmhouse. We'd be happy to recommend for you.
