Spent a lovely few days in Fressingfield. The cottage is small but has everything you need and is exactly as described. Taller guests need to beware of some of the beams - part of the charm of a 500 year old cottage! Tim welcomed us personally on arrival and was available during our stay if needed. However the cottage itself is not overlooked and felt very private. Fressingfield is an interesting little village with two pubs and a shop and a perfect base for exploring North Suffolk. Beccles is with a visit and the lido is recommended if you're lucky with the weather. Thank you Tim!

Tim’s place was like home from home. Very comfortable well stocked and provided for all our needs. We couldnt fault anything. Good area to explore local attractions then return to have peaceful relaxing evening

Geweldige huisje op een mooie locatie. De boot naar Harwich had vertraging en het was geen probleem dat we later aankwamen. Een leuk en mooi huisje. Geld meer dan waard.

Really comfortable double bed with lovely duvet. Bathroom spacious. Parking very convenient. Wished for a bigger mirror as was going to a wedding and couldn't check my outfit. Single beds and shower really not great for 6'2" or 5'10" person - did not try to use shower as consequence - and even bath a bit short. Everything you need. However, not a single fly in the cottage which was a great achievement in Summer. Loved the picture of wood burner but in fact it had an electric heater in front of it which was disappointing. (Neither needed as June.) Whilst I appreciated thoughtful gift of milk and cake - these were wasted I am afraid. On arrival Tim welcomed us and went through all the instructions.
