Great location for a quiet family holiday with grandparents. Plenty of gentle walking opportunities within easy reach nad several lovely villages and towns well worth visiting

Great location for walking the Two Moors Way with dogs. Andrew’s knowledge of the local walking routes was invaluable especially as conditions were extremely wet when we visited. A lovely warm, dry place to return home to after our exertions.Our thanks go to the whole team for a really enjoyable stay.

Amazing location with the most idyllic scenery. Andrew and his team were perfect hosts - they were always around for questions and recommendations. The pictures do not do the place justice as it is huge! There is an amazing walk literally a minute from the hotel which was beautiful - our dog enjoyed it too! There is a lovely tea shop on the site too which we visited. The cakes were amazing and well worth visiting. The road next to the apartment was busy but it didn’t bother us and certainly didn’t wake us or keep us awake throughout the week. All in all a lovely holiday.

This cottage is located in a beautiful location and ideal for our family of 5.Andrew and all his staff were very welcoming and so helpful. We also had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant.

We were very happy to spend 3 days in this cottage. It is a perfect place for a larger family with 3 double beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 sofas in a large open space combining living room and kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, there is one bathroom, plenty of large towels. The weather was not great to say the least but the place is well heated and plenty of space in the living floor to spend time there. It is a quiet village with many options for local hiking, driving to the coast or somewhere else in Exmoor. Definitely would come there again.
