Janel’s home was great. Felt right at home & felt cozy as well. We really appreciate her quick responses to our questions & we will definitely be staying here again!

Meh. Goldilocks had been sleeping in my bed. Janel was quick to respond and came with new sheets to put on the bed. The comforter was a size too small. And there were no blankets. There was dust on surfaces including the floor. We were notified that the rental was ready earlier than expected...when we arrived later in the evening we didn't feel it was ready. We couldn't control our heating environment as the thermostat was preset at 62 and 67. It was chilly for us. No instructions on how to run the thermostat. We tried but it would be at 61 in the morning. The carpet padding is fantastic! It has potential. It's just not exactly what we expected especially with Airbnb covid standards.

Janel’s home was such a cozy spot for me and my family to stay for two weeks! It’s an older home but charming. Clearly a lot of nice updates have been done. The location is excellent, very convenient to Salt Lake City, Ogden and ski resorts. Great having the two bathrooms, clothes washer and dryer and full kitchen. Janel was very responsive when I had questions! Wi-Fi was great and two big TVs in the downstairs bedroom and sitting room. Upstairs was sunny and bright. Had everything we needed! Thanks, Janel!

Janel is wonderful! She is so accommodating and wishes to make you comfortable and willing to bring additional things needed to make that happen. She has asked us every step of the way if we need anything. She was so kind and gracious to open up her home to us as new transplants and homeless. She was flexible with extending our stay since we struggled finding a home in the timely manner we'd hoped to. She feels like a friend now and we are truly grateful to her hospitality! Moving into her home just days before Christmas was truly a miracle! With young kids we didn't feel like we had to miss a beat during the holidays. We couldn't be happier with our second Airbnb stay ever!
