There are many lakes/reservoirs within 30 minutes. Our famous lagoon amusement/water park is located in Farmington as well as Farmington station for sophisticated shopping, only 15 miles away. Many great restaurants in the area as well. We do live upstairs and have a children/dogs running around you might hear some noise. This spacious two bedroom, one bath and a full-size kitchen basement apartment has all the basics. An open layout from kitchen dining room to living room with canned bright white lighting giving you the daytime brightness. We have a big comfy sectional couch that you can cozy into to watch your favorite movies. The kitchen is small, but has all the basics to get you by and if it doesn’t let us know and we will take care of it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser with a closet the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet.
