The location was great and I really enjoyed the starry sky and hot tub. However, I felt I was getting gouged at every turn. They had called me several times on my trip trying to get my cc number saying that I owed more money than what I paid on airbnb as airbnb takes their own fees. I should not be paying for their advertising. The other major downfall was that our bed was very damp which made the night very uncomfortable and freezing. I do not believe that they checked on our room before check in as it rained two nights prior and someone must have left the window open. They were calling several times before check in but once we checked in they disappeared. It is also not a very welcoming atmosphere in the room as there are signs for all the different things you can get charged for, like leaving garbage in the garbage bin in your room ($25). Under different management, this place could be great as the location and concept is actually very unique.

Overall it was a great trip!!!! The only think I will say is that there were a few hidden charges so just be extra careful when booking. The cedar tub was definitely the highlight, we booked it for 2 nights. The only thing I will say about it is that are you if you are renting it for two nights try to make yourself busy away from your site because they have to refill the hot tub‘s every day and it takes over an hour. We had a decent amount of privacy, and dave was around to help with anything and was super friendly!! 💖

awesome staff, the place is beautiful. if your going to use the rope boat make sure you wear something you don't mind getting dirty!
