Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Love the walkable location, fit our needs perfectly. The only missing element was some outdoor space beyond the walkway corridor. Great communication with owner. Will definitely stay again.

This was a very nice apartment. It was not flashy, but clean, pleasant and very functional. Gladys was very responsive to an inquiry that we had. We would definitely return. Visitors should be aware of the earlier than typical departure time.

Glady’s property is a lovely bungalow that was perfect for our family vacation. We could easily walk to the shops and amenities of Coconut Grove, and we within an hour- hour 1/2 of the Everglades, Key Largo, and Key Biscayne. Her place had plenty of space for the 4 of us, was very comfortable, and was just as listed. Gladys communicated proactively and checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Gladys' place is one of the best. We look for comfort, cleanliness, quiet, and a convenient location when we travel. Here we had it all. The beds were perfect, the bathrooms clean and well equipped, the seating comfortable and plentiful, the kitchen spacious and lacking nothing we needed, and the quiet location in Coconut Grove just perfect for both walking to restaurants and parks and driving to where we planned to go. For four adult family members the 3-bedroom apartment worked wonderfully. Gladys obviously travels herself for she seems to have thought of everything a traveler might need. Communication was great, too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for a family or a group of 4-5 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location. 10-12 minutes walking distance to Coconut Grove sailing club and buzzing restaurants and bars area. Will definitely consider staying in this place in the future.
