Privately owned Jr 1-Bedroom at ESJ Towers, next door to the El San Juan/ Fairmont Hotel. This 16th-floor apartment sits directly on a beautiful sandy beach alongside water sports and beach restaurants. King bedroom, recessed lighting, all white bedding and walls, 50" smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, washer and dryer, closet safe, full kitchen, and indoor parking space. Building amenities include a gym, lobby business center, and 24-hour gated security. Unlike many other listings you may come across, this apt is actually located in a hotel. Therefore you can feel confident there is 24-7 security. You don't necessarily have that when renting a private apt. I also commit to sharing my cell phone number and being available at all times. Please note **the pool is under renovation and unavailable. Apt is priced accordingly.

The unit was just as described, the bed was comfortable. the unit was tidy and clean. The beach was great and not overly crowded and easily accessed through the building. We had reason to contact Allison who was very helpful. Thank you Allison!

The studio is steps from the beach with phenomenal ocean views right from your balcony and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We loved the proximity to the Fairmont San Juan hotel, we enjoyed the nightly live entertainment they offer daily. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and we loved the washer & dryer in the unit, it made our unpacking back home so much easier. Allison gave us clear instructions how to get in the building and how to find the assigned parking space and responded to messages very quickly.

Isla Verde Avenida (Avenue) runs directly adjacent to the beach. The avenue is lined with some of PR's nicest hotels and condominiums. It has a huge supermarket, a 24-hour Walgreens and restaurants and fast food places to fit everyone's budget. My apt at ESJ Towers is directly next door to the El San Juan/ Fairmont Hotel.
