There’s a reason this apartment continually receives perfect reviews. Every star is well deserved. If there were 10 stars to give, no doubt Shari and Tim would get 10/10. Genuinely friendly, responsive and considerate hosts; they embody the spirit of Aloha! I stayed there while helping my father through cancer treatment. This wonderfully appointed, private and conveniently located apartment was a welcome retreat to refresh my spirits and boost my energy. I walked beautiful Kailua beach every night (access is awesome). While I was not there on vacation, Shari and Tim provide everything you need for a day out relaxing at the beach or exploring the island. As others have said, the apartment is extremely private, upgraded and so well planned and appointed. They provide everything you need to enjoy relaxing in a comfortable and serene setting. Better than any luxury suite you’d find in Waikiki AND you’re not in Waikiki, but beautiful, peaceful, easygoing Kailua! Mahalo Shari and Tim!!!

Location close to the beach, hiways, grocery store and town center. Backing into driveway is the way to go.

Perfect location for the two of us. Shari was a great host. Very responsive. The space was very comfortable and roomier than the pictures. It has everything you need for an extended stay. Short walk to the beach; maybe 100 meters to the beach path. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 2 miles (some closer). Can't wait to return.

Excellent location. Shari and Tim were thoughtful and went above and beyond with equipping the place with so many extras that you would need for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the comfortable bed, it was NOT a cheap memory foam mattress like so many Airbnb places we stayed in the past have had. We did however have to close the doors and windows to take a break from the busy road noise from time to time. Overall an amazing place!
