I booked this place for my parents for them to celebrate my mama’s birthday with their CFC friends. From the moment I booked, the communication with Mrs. Reyes and her co-hosts was excellent. They were very accommodating and allowed for my parents’ party to check in early. The caretakers even offered them “bibingka” for breakfast, upon their arrival. It was really the epitome of hospitality. The place itself was clean and well maintained. It was huge, perfect for big groups up to 18 pax. It had everything they needed. There is a nice pool, a karaoke, a barbeque area, well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a scenic view. Their caretakers were very warm and helpful. The location was also perfect as it was very close to the beach with many water activities to choose from. My parents’ group rented a “balsa” and they enjoyed it. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s near the beach and the house itself is very and cozy. The caretakers are very caring and accomodating, they will help you through out your stay. The airbnb host Mrs. Reyes, was very caring and concerned about our wellness in her house. She will ensure that you will have a good time staying in their house. Will recommend this 100%!

This is a nice large space perfect for a family gathering. The private pool is great and the beach is just a 1-2 minute walk away. The top floor sunset viewing space is very spacious and does provide an incredible view each evening. I rate each place on its own tier, so a 4-5 star rating for a home like this is not the same as a 4-5 star rating at a 5-star all-inclusive resort. The home does show its age in some places but it is still plenty comfortable. There was hot water in the shower and the wifi was sufficient. Note that the tv is not a smart tv, so no Netflix/YouTube, but we mostly came for the beach and pool anyway. The video karaoke outside (under a covered space) was the most popular feature other than the pool. Our group loved it! The aircons worked fine in the bedrooms, and just fans available downstairs which is pretty standard in PH. This is a nice place for a big group to make memories.

We had such a great time. Owner and staff are accommodating and hospitable. They were very considerate to our situation since we arrived later than the check-in due to traffic. They also agreed to extend our stay for a reasonable price. Place was nice and clean and rooms were spacious. House was not beach front - 5-min walk to shore - but you can definitely get a beach view from the terrace. Loved the activities, enjoyed every bit of it. Appreciate the complimentary bibingka. Also, special thanks to Kuya Berting for assisting us throughout our stay. Time and money well spent!
