The place is clean & perfect for small groups. We were a total of 13pax. Tho the host mentioned that 10pax is the max, there was still ample room for us. Sleeping arrangement was not an issue as well. The pool was smaller than expected, but since we are a small group it was just ok. Here’s a few things to take note: 1. The description is misleading. The place is not INFRONT of the beach. It is NEARBY the beach. 2. There is a power outage which the host mentioned before checking in. But we were not informed that it will be fluctuating. Lights are flickering and the air conditioners are not blowing cool air. Inside the house felt like a sauna. Despite this, I really appreciate how the host & caretaker are very responsive in attending our needs. We were provided a portable aircon & given an option to use the generator which made the whole house comfortable to sleep in. We were also given a ₱4k refund for the inconvenience. Hope they can address the electricity issue.

Nice place for staycation

The place is as described in the listing. Neighborhood is quiet so you can easily relax. The house is clean and pretty much have everything you'll need to chill out. My family enjoyed our stay, kids went on swimming in the pool almost the whole day, played board games when it is hot outside and sang our hearts out in their karaoke. Host is very friendly and approachable. She makes sure everything is okay and that we enjoy our stay. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family and will book again in case we decide to visit Lian again. Thank you so much! I can see in our kids' eyes that they enjoyed their vacation and wanted to extend more.

The place is spanking new! So glad I was one of the firsts! I love everything about this pad. Very aesthetic and comfortable! The sleeping arrangement upstairs could fit 8 pax more! Loved that we could grill and cook! The host was super accomodating too! It was a quick 5min walk from the beach. Will def go back!

The house is very nice, same as the photos, very clean, and Ms. Ann is very helpful and kind to us even though we have a little problem with water, Ms. Ann is still there with us waiting till the water supply is fixed. recommendable place, we will sure to go back again soon ❤️
