Richard's apartment is nicely located in Grace Bay and easy to find. We could walk to the beach and local restaurants very easily. We rented a car because we like to venture to new beaches and explore the island. Richard's place was easy to base out of for our daily adventures. We always felt safe at his place and excited to see the improvements that are in progress- roof, landscaping, area around the pool. We would stay again if we return to the Grace Bay area. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with what looked to be brand-new cookware, dishes and glassware. Thank you so much for the use of your beach chairs and umbrella as they are must on the beach! It was nice to have use of your beach towels, too. Over all we were very pleased with Richards apartment. Thank you!

The place was as pictured, cozy and comfortable. Though it's not an updated look, it was very clean, had all the amenities described, and was in a very convenient location to the Friday Fish Fry, beach access, and restaurants. The beach chairs and towels provided were plentiful. The pool area was available, but there was limited space for lounging. Checking in and out was easy, we were greeted by someone to open up and left the key as directed when we left. The sofa and chair were not very comfortable and could be positioned differently for watching TV, but with all the activities, not much time was spent indoors anyway. Richard was very responsive and was a great host.

I would highly recommend the Princess Villa. The condo is spotless with a full kitchen, dining and living room area. The condo has everything you can possibly need including beach chairs and cooler. The condo is literally a 5 min walk to the Grace Bay beach. Richard was very quick to reply to any questions we had and also offered recommendations for local excursions. Will definitely be staying here again!

Richard’s place was great!!! Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrella were set up daily on beach that was a quick five minute walk away. The unit was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
