Jim's place was one of the coolest and most awesome places I've ever stayed in my years staying at airbnb's. The description of the building and the room was exactly as it was in the pictures and descriptions. And, Jim was a great host. He gave us a tour of the whole place and made us feel right at home. Plus, the music store on the first floor was extra cool! Thanks again Jim for letting us stay at your place!

The place has charming artifacts, it is well located, it is very easy to find, it has nice restaurants within walking distance, and it feels like a safe, serene and quiet neighborhood.

Jim was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly as described! Great walkable area with great recommendations from my host! Everything I needed for a solo work trip. I even had some drinks with Jim and his friend in the apartment lounge my last night in town. I definitely plan to come back if I'm in the area again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jim’s place our flight was delayed and we arrived at his place past 12:30 am and once I told him we had arrived he met us outside offered to help us with our luggage.his place is just like the photos and had some toys for the kids to play with other then that we will be staying at Jim’s place again he’s very responsive and very attentive to our needs if your looking for a place to stay I will recommend Jim’s place 100%

Loved our time in Lake Zurich! This was the perfect location for all the things we came to do. Jim is a great host - met us when we arrived, gave us a tour, suggested places to eat and responded immediately to any texts. Bonus was his music store!!
