I was in town to visit a relative who was in town for business. I just needed a safe, comfortable place to spend each night and Lydia provided that perfectly. Her gracious welcome was the perfect antidote to a cross-country flight. It was over a national holiday and I didn't want to interfere with her family time. I left for the day each morning and returned at night. I had no issues with the room or bathroom. Uber service was good and found the house/pick-up location quickly for each trip. It is not far from National Airport which made it even more convenient. If I need a bedroom in Northern Virginia, Lydia's place will be my first consideration.

From the moment I arrived, Lydia and her husband Walter made me feel incredibly welcome. Lydia is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Lydia and Walter were always friendly and eager to engage in conversation. It felt like I stayed with old friends rather than at a rental property. Despite being very friendly and conversational, they were also mindful of giving me space when needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the invaluable local tips Lydia shared. From recommending restaurants to providing insights into local attractions, her guidance added a special touch to my trip. In summary, Lydia is an exceptional host who made my visit to the DC area genuinely memorable. I cannot recommend their Airbnb highly enough. If you're looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and delightful place to stay, look no further!

Thanks to Lydia and Walter for an excellent stay. Their house is very cozy and nostalgic, and the bedroom itself is comfortable with plenty of closet and living space. Both the bedroom and bathroom were completely spotless and all amenities worked as described. The hosts are willing to go above and beyond to give you what you need to make you feel comfortable, but at the same time are willing to be respectful and non-intrusive if needed. I would gladly stay again.
