房子很有历史，因为地理位置关系比较适合有车一族。开车去温德米尔湖也不远。房子旁边就是步行栈道，很适合步行爱好者。附近有两家餐馆，一个是boot inn，一个是brook house。两家味道都很好，不过我个人比较喜欢boot inn。我租的range rover在山上爆胎，房屋管理员Sturt和他们的经理给予极大的帮助，感谢他们。推荐！

I loved the Farmhouse! It was a beautiful home for a relaxing long weekend with dear friends. It had everything we needed in the house and was so comfortable and welcoming. The location is remarkable! We walked to Burnmoor Tarn and the Stanley Ghyll Force - all accessible by walking out the door. I am so glad we visited in March ahead of the busy summer season. I’d love to return in September. I highly recommend this lovely spot!

Fantastic place The house is literally 50 yards from a lovely pub, 25 yards from a stream and 20 yards from fab footpaths with a week full of hikes. Lovely spot.

Gregs place was great , spotlessly clean It was great having a pub literally next door (with a beer garden & play area for kids) & another one on the other corner , the little gift shop over the road does a great sausage butty for breakfast too ! The farmhouse has a lovely garden of its own & the picnic area has a lovely little stream running past which the children loved , I highly recommend Greg’s place To walkers & families too.
