Fabulous place. Spotlessly clean (it passed our ‘can you walk around this Airbnb barefoot’ challenge). Fresh linen. Very comfy bed. Everything you needed. It looks better in person. Julia’s home had a boutique hotel vibe. We loved Kingsbridge too. Thanks Julia for a great stay.

Absolutely beautiful house, really clean and well presented. The host left us a card and little prosecco bottles as a welcome which was really lovely. Tea, coffee and milk was provided. Julia was really responsive to any queries we had prior to book in. Stunning place in a stunning location, cannot fault it or Julia.

No 40 was a fantastic house. Beautiful decor, very homely and felt very comfortable and welcoming as soon as you walked through the front door. Location was great, walking distance to town was only a couple of minutes away. Although on a main road it wasn’t an issue and was quiet. The bed was so comfortable! We would highly recommend to other guests and we would definitely stay again.

had a great time at julias the house was spotless the beds were super comfy with great linen and bedding the bathroom had the wow factor, we were left some lovely treats by the owner which was amazing we would defo stay here again a real gem of a find and cant thank our host enough we will be back

Wow. Julia’s place was absolutely perfect. Right in the heart of Kingsbridge. We visited as my grandads mum is buried at the top of Church Str and we was a 5 minute walk away. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and it felt right at home. Lovely to have the little extras too. Julia is a fantastic host. Thank you so much Julia for having us.
