First the best: extremely close to airport, made travel to airport easy now the not so good things: toilet really close to vanity, hard to access. The sink did not work . The Kitchen floor had a very steep incline to it. The hot water heater was hidden behind a mirror in bathroom, very loud and very hot when running. The parking situation was very tight, a total of 3 vehicles, full sized truck, large SUV and a scooter . their was also a large enclosed patio, hard to get around. There was no hairdryer, host stated that last client must have stolen, in dealing with sink not working host bought over a case of water, stating she was going to get plumber out ASAP. This unit was part of a duplex and in my belief that the second unit was used for the description and posted while guests where put up in the 2nd unit. I was very disappointed in this unit and was unable to get any satisfaction from anyone.

Compact, clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Felt at home. I stayed for just one night and hence did not have the chance to explore the neighborhood. Felt safe though. Will definitely book it again if I visit Anchorage.

The place was good and met our expectations. Allison set aside enough linens for our whole party which was nice since we got in very late. There were some uneven spots in the flooring so there was some leakage from the shower into the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.

Stayed overnight and this place was perfect for my group! It’s a cute place with great appliances and close to downtown.

We had a great stay! Allison and her husband were awesome hosts and super friendly and responsive ! Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
