Excellent value simple accommodation a minute from Pagham lagoon and the beach. Exactly what we needed and brilliant to find somewhere so well set up for dogs so we could relax with our two.

Perfect place for a small family to stay, next to the sea. We were visiting friends in Pagham and David's place is very nearby. The house was exactly as described, really loved the garden and the space in the house for our 2 year old to run around. David was also really flexible with the check-out time too. Definitely considering rebooking for a future stay in Pagham!

This is perfect for families who like a walk with dogs on the beach. We have stayed before and will 100% stay again.

This is a wonderful place to bring a dog - it was the first time ours went in the sea, which is only a few hundred metres away. The house has everything you need and there were a number of thoughtful touches, such as fresh milk in the fridge.

Great location on the beach for walks and views, near shops and restaurants. Perfect mini-break, would recommend.
