Rico’s place was perfect for our beach getaway. A 3 minute walk to the beach and available beach accessories made it so easy to spend each day relaxing. The bedrooms, bath and shower and kitchen were great, and sitting outside ion the porch with our morning coffee was perfect. We couldn’t get the gas grill to work and Rico came right over and changed out the propane tank. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Cocoa Beach/Canaveral.

Great place to stay especially with dogs. The townhome is as described. Just a few things to take note of - There were quite a few rusty nails in the backyard which we had to walk through to ensure our dogs didn't walk on them. We had to deep clean the grill because the old crud in it had caught on fire the first time we used the grill and then the propane ran out after one use. Also, be very cautious cooking in the kitchen because the smoke alarm will go off for basically anything. I boiled water for pasta and it went off, I toasted a bagel and it went off. In our two weeks there it went off Be mindful that this is a residential area so I kind of felt like we annoyed the next door neighbor, I'm sure it's kind of thought living next to an Airbnb. Otherwise great value and great space for a couple adults

Rico’s place was perfect for our week long stay on the Spacecoast! The townhouse was a quick walk to the beach. All the beach gear you could need was supplied. The townhouse was clean and had anything you could possibly need. We had the best week!

We totally enjoyed our month at Rico’s place. One of the best Airbnb places we’ve been! The place was well stocked - thoughtfully done. It was neat as a pin when we arrived. Thank you for helping us thoroughly enjoy Cape Canaveral!
