Beautiful house. loved the view and the cleanliness. special mention to the care taker Jerosha. really helpful and very pleasant person. the only small drawback is that the location is a bit far from the main road but the view from the villa and the tea gardens more than make up for it.

We had a great time at Mistea Villa - very well appointed and spacious place amongst beautiful surroundings. The home has practically all the amenities you need even for longer stays (we stayed 5 nights). The hosts were very responsive and sorted out couple of issues we had promptly. The housekeeper / caretaker - Jerosa - is outstanding. The Villa is 7.5 Kms from Bedford (where all the cafés and grocery stores are) - Zomato doesn't deliver post 7 pm or so. If you are planning to work from the villa (the way we were) and are required to do video calls, the Internet speed might not be the best for that. We typically used our Airtel hotspot for video calls (Airtel is better than Jio in Coonoor and Ooty). Will definitely return again for an even longer stay.

It's a beautiful one bed apartment on the ground floor of the house. Since it is in a gated community, it is safe and quiet. You can find tea gardens all around you. The caretaker is very responsive and sweet. The kitchen set up is very minimal, but good enough for a weekend stay. Really appreciated the smart tv and room heater!
