While the property was very nicely maintained, the host gave clear instructions to reach the place which is just next to Sims park. The caretaker Mr. Ganesan was very obliging and took good care of us during the stay.

A beautiful place to stay in Coonoor that gave the comfort of home the moment we entered. The cottage was pristine clean and had everything that was mentioned in the post. The kitchen was fully equipped if you want to cook. We requested for an extra bed which was provided at no extra cost. Ample parking is available. The caretaker Ganesh is a wonderful person and was always one call away to help you with everything you need. The owner stays in the main house and always met for any need with a big smile on the face. The location is 150m from the beautiful Sim’s park and has some good restaurants, bakery, grocery store is within half a km of walking distance. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are available. So, food was never a problem. The complimentary South Indian breakfast was awesome as well. In all, the place is wonderful stay for a family of 4-5 and worth every penny we paid and more. We would love to visit again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Coonoor

Both the host and caretaker were extremely helpful . i stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and kids , felt very safe . There was some 3 friendly dogs to gaurd the entire property and my kids loved playing with them . There are some good Veg and Non veg restaurants in 500 meters from the room . Sims park is 2 min walkable distance from the room . If you are not looking for a big luxury stay , but a calm and peaceful I suggest this spot . House is bit old , but I love to stay in such beautiful old houses in hill stations . looking forward to stay here again with my family. God bless

It's a good stay located few min from the Sims park. It's walkable from nearby restaurants and market. The place is simple and well maintained. Rooms are spacious for a family. The caretaker Manohar is helpful and the breakfast is tasty. Manohar arranged the breakfast outside in the garden on our request and it was great experience surrounded by trees abs birds. The kitchen has all the required utensils if you want to cook.
