This light-filled and welcoming cottage is perfect for small families or two couples who want a quiet space close to everything in Eastham! Our brand-new multi-room mini split heat system will keep you cozy through the winter. Located in the heart of Eastham’s Historic Town Center & steps to Salt Pond and the National Seashore Visitor Center and a short bike ride to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail. Only minutes to many of Cape Cod's most beautiful beaches like Coast Guard Beach & First Encounter. Both of the two bedrooms have high quality queen size mattresses, pillows and linens (including towels). A pull out coach is available for larger families, but linens are not provided for this. The bathroom includes a shower and tub and a washer and dryer. Enjoy the modern decorations and finishes or spend your time outside using the outdoor shower and dining space for four on the deck abutting a natural wooded area great for bird watching. Access to beach chairs on premises. We provide some basic amenities such as dish and hand soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. What a cute cottage! Check in was super easy, and everything was immaculate. Looked just like the pictures! Briana was a very attentive host. we truly enjoyed our stay there. 😊
Always a great stay
Very nice, cozy cottage. Well designed space, plenty of storage drawers. We were there in October and the efficient heat and no drafts kept us nice warm. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area.
Hurricane Lee was headed to the Cape the day we were scheduled to check in! Brianna reached out and was very flexible with our arrangement! The entire house was pristine, comfortable beds, variety of pillows. Perfect for the two of us who wanted a relaxing getaway. Everything was labeled, except washing machine maybe just a little tag for soap softener and bleach. I was able to find instructions online. Great wi fi connection! Cozy, yet bright and airy cottage. Loved the location! So quaint still a lot like my husbands childhood!!💕
The cottage was clean, bright and airy. Linens were of high quality. Kitchen was well appointed. Location, just across the highway from The National Shore Visitor Center, was excellent for access to both ocean and bay beaches. Bike rental shop is steps from the cottage. This is a place to which we would return.

Eastham is home to a variety of fantastic bars, restaurants, food trucks and delis, with something for everyone. You can also find bike rentals, boat rentals (paddle), mini golf and smaller grocery stores (Eastham Suprette).
It is minutes from both Orleans and Wellfleet. Both offer many dining and shopping options as well as retail shops, mini golf, a drive-in theater (Wellfleet), and more. The house is about a quarter mile from the rail trail which is family friendly and leads to many attractions and eateries. The house is nearly across the street from the entrance to the Cape Cod National Seashore, a few miles from a number of bay beaches, and only a bike ride away from the Great Pond. Though this requires a pass during normal day hours, it’s available to anyone on bikes (or you can purchase a pass).
Guests can park up to two cars in our driveway and access hiking and biking trails within minutes of the cottage.

Hi! We're Briana and Jake! We've been coming to Cape Cod each year for 20 years together (and Briana has come for almost 40! shhh! ;) ) We and our two children love it here. When my sister moved to Eastham full time in 2020 we decided to get a place out there too. We have tons of local recommendations, but feel free to reach out with questions. Whether you're a returning Cape Cod vacationer or new to the area, we hope you love it as much as we do!
