约翰逊城 · 整套出租单元 · 1室0床1.0卫 · 可住3人 · Apartment in Tree Streets, great location
Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. Private patio and grill. The apartment is about 600 square feet and up a flight of stairs on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light, which makes it feel really good. There are three main rooms - the living room, the kitchen, and the bedroom. And of course, the bathroom. Please be extra mindful of the fact that there will be people downstairs from you, and that quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. This is an older building and sound travels between the floors. If you are stomping around upstairs, the people downstairs will hear it. Please be mindful and courteous.
Very cute place. Good location, clean, sweet neighborhood, close to downtown, walkable. Comfy bed and has all that you need.
As described in instructions, do not expect five star hotel accommodations. But a nice unit and has everything one needs to have a nice stay.
Very nice property. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great size for two people.
Our stay here was fantastic! It's a beautiful area and it was really easy to park and get our things into the building. The home is very neat and clean and so cute, exactly like the photos but even better in person. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful and it really felt like a little home away from home. Roy was nice and instructions were always clear and easy to understand. My girlfriend and I loved staying here, and would be happy to again!
From the historical marker, one block from this property: In 1909, George Carter created the last land development, the Southwest Addition, along with nearby industry, businesses, and houses. Other residents included Civil War General John T. Wilder, developer-businessman J. Fred Johnson, illustrator-artist John Alan Maxwell, and author Catherine Woods Marshall. In 1996, the Tree Streets Historic District was placed on the National Register of Historic Places."
Parking is on the street in front of the property, or in the designated space next to the building which is accessed by the alleyway on Maple Street. We are located one block from an elementary school in a well-lit and safe neighborhood. Guests can easily walk, bike, or drive to Downtown Johnson City and/or ETSU, or take Johnson City public transit.
