Exactly as described and central to Wilmington. Brian easy to get ahold of and quick communication. Would recommend for quick trips!

Great location within the city and 10 minutes from the beach. Brian was very responsive to communication and his place was comfortable and clean. Will stay again if I'm in the area!

Less than stellar stay. My least favorite so far of many. The host did compensate us for having us wait to check in. He was inside making a repair when we arrived and tried to enter. When we tried to leave for our concert later we had trouble locking the door and were unable to reach the host. He wasn't answering on the site and the phone # given went to a busy tone multiple times. So one of us stayed behind with the dog since we couldn't lock the door and there were no instructions left on how to. Airbnb was able to contact him (after we got to the concert). I I'm used to rentals without extra frills but I do expect neatly made beds and fresh folded linens. I made this reservation in February and felt like NO consideration or preparation was given and was truly disappointed. And he was kind of rushing us out as early as 8:20 (check out was 11) so he could finish his precious repair for the next renter. I hate to leave a bad review, but this one was a dud!
