House was clean and easy to get into. The house had everything you need to enjoy the stay. The only issue we had was spotty and slow internet. Other than that great place to stay.

everything was just fine. However they were not very accommodating when we ask if we could leave a few things in the refrigerator till two o'clock. This was a couple of hours after checkout time. It was over 100 degrees outside so one guy had medicine he had to keep so he had to make other arrangements. This was a Sunday and no cleaning crew was coming on a Sunday and no one was checking in that day so this was a small ask. We were told that another day would have to be charged to do this. Needless to say we won't be using this house next year when we come to the golf tournament.

AFTER it was time to check into our original rental, I received a suspicious looking text message telling me the house was no longer available and to call to re-book. After confirming through Airbnb’s official messaging platform that the message was indeed legitimate, I called and was informed (while we were on our way to the house to check in) that the house wasn’t available due to an A/C issue and the only options for rebooking was a house that had fewer sleeping options for our party. My elderly grandmother ended up sleeping in a bunk bed for the weekend. The only compensation vacasa provided was to refund the (minimal) difference in the cost of the rental. When I pressed the matter further, a paltry $100 was offered for the trouble. I will be wary of booking anything with vacasa in the future.
