Lovely cottage ideal location for our trip to see family in the area. Tastefully furnished and decorated with a lovely garden/setting. However the shower needs attention as very difficult to control and led on one occasion to being far too hot. Also as it was unusually cold for late April, there were times when we felt cold, particularly during the night. I think that in the main season this would not be a problem.

Absolutely fantastic cottage at Little Katewell! My partner and I, and our dog Brachlyn thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Just the sounds of birds and running water was very relaxing.! Out of the way cottage with little to no foot traffic or cars which made this especially peaceful! The weather was not the greatest but it did not impact our time in the cottage! With the wood fire in the Livingroom to keep us toasty on those cold nights! We will be returning in the summer time I hope 🤞

Lovely cottage and was perfect for us and our small children. Very clean on arrival and Gabrielle & Tim were always quick to respond and even popped round to check on us too. We would definitely stay again

The cottage is in a lovely, peaceful location which made our Christmas Break special, only the lovely, gushing noise from the adjacent river and the birds' singing broke the silence. The cottage is warm and cosy and made even cosier when using the log burner in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one could need to cook. Highly receommended if you are looking for solitude, with easy access to Inverness and the Highlands in general.
