If you want to be close to everything San Francisco and the Bay Area has to offer, but still in a quiet, cute neighborhood location, my place is perfect for you! We offer 2 beds, a sofa bed, 2 desks plus a dining table, multiple TVs and super fast wifi! Whole Foods and transit is literally around the corner, with direct lines to majority of the city, no need to transfer even! 3 malls within 15 min for all shopping needs, the entirety of San Francisco is usually within 30-45 mins! The space is a ~600 sq ft standalone cottage behind my home, accessible via a gate with a keypad. The backyard has benches and a firepit, and a place for you to leave a bike or two if needed, thats shared but rarely accessed by me. There's a shoe rack when you walk in, next to the bathroom door, please take off your shoes, there's slippers you can use inside the home! The cottage opens up into a living room, with a sectional sofa that turns into a bed and a 50" TV on a swinging arm to make it easy to watch from the couch and a dining table which seats 4. 2 more chairs round out the room, so there should be enough seating for everyone! Off the living room is a small bedroom, which has a 32" TV, desk and full bed. The kitchen is small, but well stocked! We have a full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher, Sodastream, 12-cup coffee maker and Keurig, and enough kitchenware to feed every guest and not have to wash immediately! There's also a stackable washer and dryer behind the door next to the trashcan, in unit. The stairs of the Kitchen lead up to the lofted bedroom, which has a queen sized bed. The ceiling is low at the sides, so watch your head! We have ample closet room for suitcases upstairs, another desk and a queen bed. If you need we've left a fan and a heater out as well, and be sure to use the USB ports and power plugs on both the bedside lamps!
Cozy and nice place, very close to a lot of restaurants and bus stations, easy to get in and keith was really friendly!
Had a great stay at Keith's place. The place was clean and had all the necessities for our short trip to SF. I really appreciated all the little touches like having outdoor lights and two keypads for extra security. The neighborhood was safe and quiet but still within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. Keith himself was a great host who was not only responsive but also checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Overall I highly recommend his place if your looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay!
Keith’s place was great for our family stay. It had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. He was very responsive and friendly and it felt like if we’d ever needed anything he would be there. The home was clean and had all the amenities we could need, the extras like coffee, water pitcher, and pancakes were much appreciated and the Whole Foods being just a block away and walkable was super convenient. All in all a very nice experience.
I just spent a month at Keith’s cottage and it was just fabulous! The cottage has a great vibe and had literally everything I needed. It had a a great coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a rice cooker and all the Tupperware you could ever need. It had a soda stream which was such a treat and Keith was great about keeping me stocked with C02 tanks. The house is very quiet as it is tucked in the back of the property and it felt very safe. I enjoyed the Ingleside neighborhood a lot too. There is a Whole foods less than a 5 minute walk away for basic groceries and lots of other little coffee shops and businesses. Ocean Ale, a pub down the street, has live jazz and Java on Ocean is great. If you have a car, Trader Joe’s and target are ten minutes away. It’s also an easy 15 min drive to Fort Funston which is the world’s best off leash ocean- side dog park. Transit is close & it is easy to get anywhere in the city. Keith and May were very helpful and friendly too! Highly recommend!
Ingleside sits at the edge of San Francisco, but since its close proximity to City College, it's one of the most well connected locations in the city for transit!
Majority Asian neighborhood, its filled with local shops and restaurants and everything you need should be within minutes by foot, or a little farther by transit.

In San Francisco, we have 2 types of transit:
MUNI, which is city owned buses, light rail, trolleys and cable cars. This is free to everyone under 18!
BART, which is region owned, and goes all over the bay.
Both are accessible using Clipper card, is the easiest.
Clipper Card is our method of contactless payment used by all forms of public transit in The Bay Area and I encourage getting one! The best part is: it works with all modern phones, using Apple or Googl Pay. You don't even need to download an app if you have a payment method already setup in your smartphone wallet app! Search the web for 'setup clipper card' to find out more.
If you don't want to use this, you can also buy a clipper card at any BART station for $3 and then add value there, but I highly recommend the phone
