I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was close to the beach and relatively close to el malecon. Spacious, clean, and with much appreciated AC. Beyond the host's control is a rooster that cries from 2 to 4 in the morning and construction workers who work Saturday mornings all around the block. It bothered no one but me in my group of 4 lol. I would still recommend and give 5 stars for affordability, location, cleanliness and amenities!

Nice place to stay with little kids. Very quiet neighborhood at night, big enough space that kids could run around a bit inside or nap in separate rooms without disturbing each other. Full kitchen was great to have. Pool was clean, air conditioning worked. 15-20 minute walk to the grocery store and to Las Glorias Beach (public access beach). They sell cheap drinkable water at the air BNB too. Staff were very responsive and provided assistance quickly. Building felt secure. Some of the furniture and appliances are shabby/in need of repair or replacement. Has an elevator if you have a stroller which is a plus. The area is very walkable but if you have a stroller it is challenging because of cobblestones, etc. If you have very little kids keep them close in the main areas of building and pool as the half walls are short and an adventurous toddler could easily climb up and fall off. Doors to your apartment lock by key both inside and out (no deadbolt) so toddlers can't escape.

Realmente es como se muestra en las fotos, el "anfitrión" contesta rápido las dudas, el lugar está impecable. Me gustó bastante.

Fantast8c location with great taco stands, coffee shops, restaurants. We didn't expect anything too fancy but the AirBnB is in very desperate need of maintenance with many missing pool tiles, dirty pool, broken and stained furniture, chipped and broken kitchen items and poorly functioning washer and dryer. With a bit of work and updating this could easily be 5 stars but we will be ranking it a 3.5. 3 stars as thats the closest.

We loved our first Air BnB experience in Puerto Vallarta! The rooftop pool was rarely busy and José Luis was so great at getting the things we needed for us… we would definitely stay again
