A beautiful suite in a brand new building. Great security. Road infront unfinished - nbd. Building next door constant hammering heard from pools. Pools were amazing though. White towels only at pools. Some homeless tents around properties and beach but felt like a safe area. Still up and coming and next to an abandoned lot.. Bit of a walk to everything. Amazing street tacos everywhere. Rules were a bit over the top (for instance) the one about no drinks at the pool. Absolutely EVERYBODY was drinking and eating at pools. No problems at all. The room was pristine and like described. Enjoyed our two nights to unwind at pools and room after the hustle of old town. Malecon walkable. Maybe 20mins. Uber and buses are a great option too. Great communication. Overall a good stay!

You really can’t beat the ocean view. The view from the balcony, and even from inside given that one entire wall is the sliding doors to the balcony, is absolutely incredible. I loved the sound of the ocean, the best background noise to fall asleep to. As others have said, there was some construction noise during the day, but it didn’t bother us much. The bed was a little too firm for me but still comfortable enough. The bathroom did have a swampy smell that wasn’t great. But still, you just can’t beat the view and the experience of being right on the ocean.

Depa súper bonito, idéntico a su descripción. La comunicación con Carlos fue precisa y rápida. La zona en la que está el depa está en proceso de construcción, hay cosas como la calle que lleva a los condominios que no está terminada, es terracería, pero en sí es fácil llegar. La vista del depa es increíble, las albercas súper bonis y tiene muchas amenidades cerca.

En general todo muy bien, el departamento muy cómodo, bonito y con todos los servicios del hogar. Tiene una vista muy bonita y la ubicación estaba cerca del soriana, malecón y de otros lugares que visitamos sin necesidad de usar taxi. Íbamos y veníamos caminando.
