This condo is absolutely beautiful. Right on the water and next door to the Pink Octpus which is a great restaurant. I could chill out there a long time.
We are from Alaska and this was our first trip to The Bahamas and staying at this condo was amazing. Nothing beats being right on the beach and it was so wonderful that we only ventured out and saw Nassau twice during our stay! Waking up in this condo is, well, there aren't words. The beach, the water, it's stunning. The host was helpful and came by to check on us. A few things to be aware of - guests cannot pay for day passes to use the beachfront bar or the gym since the owners are not members. That was a real bummer. We can't fathom a bar and gym refusing peoples money but hey, their loss! We still had an amazing time! There aren't any beach toys and they only leave guests a couple trash bags, rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher pods so a trip to the store is a must right away. The TV loses sound randomly. We just got home and I am already planning for us to come back to stay in this air bnb again! It's that amazing! I wish I could buy it! It was a trip of a lifetime!
This place is nice for families. Lots of kids nearby, but this is not the fault of the owner. If you are looking for quiet, then this may not be your place. The beach is wonderful and beautiful. The unit was comfortable and nice with excellent views of the beach and water. The supplies are very sparse. No paper towels, cheap soap, cheap everything. No coffee. You will need to download Whats app to communicate with the host (very strange), but it works. The restaurant "pink octopus" is VERY nice. Creative food, high quality, nice service. You have full access to the restaurant and a coffee snack place about a 3 minute walk away. There is a really nice club with beach, pool, bar, and drink service, but you will not be able to buy a daily pass since the owner is not a member. Again, this is a great place for families and overall it is very nice.

Guests can enjoy a major beach restaurant serving Lunches and Dinners and the Marina café. It's only a 2-minute walk by the beach... They serve excellent lunches and dinners and the chef will even cook your catch if you get lucky during a deep-sea fishing excursion. "Jazz Night On The Beach// Live Music" is during the week end on days to be confirmed. Make sure to contact the Clubhouse for further info on other activities and event. The marina offers water-based activities including snorkeling, deep-sea fishing excursions, boat charters, etc.
There are many jitney buses traveling around Nassau and into the suburban areas of Nassau.
Popular transportation is by taxis or rental cars.
Private chauffeur services are also available widely and you can book from the welcome center at the resort.
