LIFE SAVING. We had a bit of issue with our first booking on Expedia and we needed to get out of there quickly. Once we found the place on air b&b, we booked the apartment, ERIC (the property manager) responded to my messages on air b&b immediately and did everything to accommodate our flustered trek across Havana to help us find his place and then check us in. ERIC was very helpful and gave us tips about getting around Havana and things to do. The apartment itself was amazing with loads of space and extremely clean. It’s in a beautiful location for Havana, you’re in the middle of the Havana hustle and bustle. If you have the right idea and expectations of Cuba and Havana, this place is perfect for you! Excellent value for money. Don’t hesitate, book!

I want to start by saying that Eric was great! Fast to respond, friendly, and there whenever we needed. Everytime we called he was right there to help and always very nice. The apartment is nice has high ceilings and really nice furniture. We rented 3 bedrooms because my sick aunt who lives in cuba was going to stay with us. Throughout our communications before arriving it was never mentioned that the bedroom Was basically useless. It contained an air mattress and nothing else... Because the apartment turned out to be on a 3rd floor with no elevator, it was imposible for my sick aunt to come stay with us, but if she would have stayed someone would have been stuck with sleeping on an air mattress for 4 days. The jacuzzi and washing machine were really the selling point for us when renting and the reason we paid the extra money. The jacuzzi was moldy and disgusting. The washer didnt work. The eating utensils were covered in dust and dead insects. We didn't complain or ask for any refunds

Wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me. Listing said 3 bed. Only two. Noisy area. Felt unsafe and kept up through the night with noise and excessive banging on doors in hall. Place wasn’t clean. Smelled bad. Lifting in second bathroom flickered. Place in bad shape and not kept up. Needs immediate repairs. Showers are horrible. Water is cold too. No hot water. I got to the house around 9:45pm. Went to dinner. Came back around 12am after dinner. Went to bed and it was extremely loud and had the incidents in the middle of the night already stated. I took a cold shower at 6 am then left as fast as possible to get out of there because I felt uncomfortable then booked a hotel.
