The airbnb is located in an idyllic setting. We took 2 grandkids for a long weekend and it snowed - they loved it: sledding, snowshoeing, & just walking around the property. It was a safe location. Having a caboose & a loft in the station was fun for the kids (12 year olds). Landon was fantastic! I don't think I waited more than minutes for him to respond to my questions. There were complications to the week preceding our trip, and he was very flexible and fortunately everything worked out & we went a day early. I would definitely recommended this airbnb.

absolutely beautiful stay here the land and veiw was out of a dream I am so happy I was able to explore the property and have such a quiet place to stay. very clean and neat thank you !

It's hard to put into words how amazing the Caboose property really is! My family and I went for two nights to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame--this turned out to be the perfect spot just 20 minutes away from Cooperstown, and smack dab in the middle of mountain views and friendly farm animals. We were given amazing weather over our two days to feed the farm animals (twice daily) and spend evenings roasting marshmallows at the firepit. Property host was responsive and cordial in our communications, and the property was spotless and everything was in working order upon arrival. Beds were comfy in both the main house and the caboose, and the heating in the caboose was suprisingly good to take the evening chill off. Dad was a superhero on this one having researched and booked the property--my wife and kids absolutely loved staying at the Caboose and we won't hesitate booking here again!

This was something out of a movie, we are already talking about when we can escape here again. There was not a tv but the WiFi worked perfectly and you did not need tv, bring a speaker and enjoy the surroundings. We got to enjoy a sunny day, a rainy day and then woke up to snow covering the ground. It was literally like waking up in a hallmark movie here. And the town is adorable. We cannot wait to go back
