This is a great apartment with amazing views over Morro Rock. We were here for a month and each day the sunsets were stunning. The apartment had everything you need. Andrew was amazingly kind, changing our booking twice as hubby had an accident and ended up in hospital. I would really recommend this apartment. Morro Bay is a special place.

Very happy with this nice temporary home. Everything was well prepared, tiny pleasant things were enjoyable, even coffee was there when most needed - right upon arrival). The place is in a nice setting, shops and the town center within a pleasant walking distance, as is the beach. We basically never used a car in the town - it is all very walkable. A quiet neighbourhood, convenient parking, lovely, responsive host. Much recommended!

Andrew's place was nothing short of phenomenal! Super clean and incredibly cozy. I was there for an extended stay, 3 months, and cannot recommend it more. The kitchen has everything you need to create amazing meals, and don't forget the barbeque on the side yard, with it's own table for outside dining. Inside dining, spectacular views, and perfect sunsets every night make for romance or just time to relax. Large bedrooms for family and guests are comfortable and have separate climate control for those chilly nights. The laundry room is a great touch as well, no trips to wait on washing or drying. Walking to town only takes a few minutes, and if you're ambitious, to the beach in 15 minutes is no problem. Andrew always answered text's or calls and was ready with an answer or advice at any time. Overall, 10 out of 10 all day long and I will book again!

Really enjoyed Morro Bay and the proximity to the ocean. View from the apartment was great. Good view of Morro Bay rock and the sunsets right from the living room. I found the community easy to navigate on foot or bike.

we had a great stay at Andrew's place! it was a perfect location for exploring Morro Bay. we could walk to the seaside easily, as well as to a grocery store. Andrew had the kitchen really well stocked & even left a super sweet welcome gift for us. it's a lovely home to curl up with a book on the couch and enjoy an amazing view of the sunset behind the rock. The beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. Andrew was a very thoughtful & caring host. we will miss hearing the ocean & the sealions in the distance at night!
