The Pier House! A family friendly home with private fenced-in patio, hot tub, game room. - .5 mi (8 min walk) to beach, .7 mi (13 min walk) to Pier. - Grill, hot tub, propane fire pit - 2 bedrooms in finished basement, master and bunk room. Sturdy bunk bed sleeps up to 4. - Queen bedroom with work space on main level -Highchair, minicrib, infant tub -Mini-split units for heating/AC -3 car driveway -Across from bball court -Beach gear in outdoor shed -4 Smart TVs w/ YouTube TV, Disney+ The Outdoor Space: Relax in the private, fenced-in back patio complete with a large outdoor sofa, propane fire pit, grill, dining table, and hot tub where everyone can enjoy time outside together. This home has a private driveway that can fit 3 cars. There is also plenty of street parking. There is a large outdoor shed where you will find anything you need for a day at the beach. The Pier House is directly across the street from a public basketball court. The Indoor Space: On the main level you will find the living room which has a large sectional couch with a queen sleeper pullout bed, kitchen, full bathroom, a cozy sun-filled reading nook, and one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a desk area with option to use a second computer monitor if you need to get some work done during your stay. The other two bedrooms are located on the basement level. The master suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and twin-size trundle bed. This room can sleep up to 4, all beds are all sturdy enough for adult use. Continue the family fun in the basement common area which has a foosball table and pac-man game. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Possibly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great location and great place. Space for everyone to eat at the table and everyone to sit on the couch. Great board games and everything we needed. It was also spotless. They also seemed to have everything you need for having kids there - from a baby bath to the things to make table corners soft if they run into them. We didn’t have kids but will definitely save this place for the future.
our stay was pretty perfect. the house is exactly as pictured, clean and everything was labeled. no searching for anything! we got our money's worth from the hot tub alone but it is a good location, close to the ocean & pier. lots closed for the season but we knew to expect that. can walk to places to eat or to grab a beer. we played basketball with the kids right across the street. would highly highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise down by the pier. truly amazing. super easy drive to Portland. caught a sea dogs game. cool little stadium. john was very quick to respond if needed. we wanted for nothing at the house. it was a perfect place to come home to after a day out. don't be afraid to check out the little scottish pub behing Beach Bagels. seemed sketchy at first sight but met cool people, had a few beers & saw a great local live band. great april vacation for our family of four. even the teenagers were happy!
John’s house is beautiful and has plenty of space. Not only is it perfectly maintained, but he has gone above and beyond to thoughtfully stock it with everything you could ever need. The location is amazing and he is a friendly and responsive host.
John's place was perfect for our group. We needed a lot of beds and the space is organized very smartly/plenty of spots for people. We got some crumby weather but were happy to have the hot tub and the gigantic, very comfortable couch. Super close to the beach and boardwalk, super short drive or a good walk.

3 parking spots in the driveway and plenty of free street parking. You can walk to the Beach, Downtown, or Fielder's Choice Ice Cream all in under 15 minutes!

I have been going to our family lake house in Maine my entire life and love everything Maine has to offer. My wife and I have two young boys who already love Maine as well. I have had family friends own places in OOB for years and we always loved to visit the area.
