Lots of room in the main cottage, and nice to have extra space in the second cottage. Nice location on lake and great lot. We had a fun and relaxing time at the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay, but there were sticking points. The place was not as clean as it could have been (beds were neat, as were the kitchen and bathrooms, but the floors we dusty as were harder to reach areas). We were eight people, and we had trouble with both the pressure of the water and the temperature. Hot water was at best warm and ran out quickly.

Our family of 12 just recently stayed here for one week and enjoyed our time. The pictures are accurate and there was lots of space for all of us to spread out and relax. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake, the dock is spacious and we enjoyed playing lawn games on the large green space. There were a few issues we encountered during our stay. Cleanliness - There was some garbage left behind from previous guests, mold in one of the bathrooms, and stains on a duvet cover. Appliances - the dishwasher is not anchored to the wall so we had to be very careful when opening it and the fridge made very loud, strange sounds that woke several people up at night. Mattresses - the mattresses in the second cottage are extremely uncomfortable, to the point that the guests sleeping in them woke up sore every morning. Wifi - the wifi was very spotty and did not work for us. Despite these issues we still enjoyed our stay.

This cottage was definitely beautiful but there were some concerns. Wish the host would of communicated better. For example there was a pet fee and wanted to charge me more than originally posted. Would of been nice to have an earlier check in than 5pm as most airbnbs are 3pm. Also there was an EXCESSIVE amount of fish flies that were coating the entire cottage, would of liked a heads up about those. Overall, was worth the price for the weekend and would rent again!
