This is a fabulous location with plenty of room for everyone!
Lots of rooms and the kitchens were well stocked. Having to bring all the linen and towels was a bit inconvenient. The cottage was clean and had great views of the lake, though the spaces were tight when the group was together and for meals. The stairs between the 2 floors were a bit shaky and unconventional... not ideal if there are any mobility issues in your group. We paid an inflated rate ($1200/night) for the new years weekend but there were no extra amenities or reduced cleaning requirements.
This is the 2nd time we've had our Family Christmas at Chris' place. The cottage is well set up and very comfortable. We ran into a little trouble with the hot water, but Chris responded very quickly and resolved the situation. Sadly, the problem kept reoccuring, but that certainly was NOT a reflection on Chris, the cottage or property. Things happen and Chris was extremely responsive to the issue. We look forward to going back next year for another family Christmas! We highly recommend Chris' place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay - you will find it here!
Beautiful cottage with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Chris was very easy to communicate with. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
