Once again our stay at this fun and lovely home met all expectations. It was perfect for our small group visiting Cedar Key for a few days. We look forward to returning.

it had plenty of sleep areas along with living room seating. outside had so many great amenities and things to do. we loved it.

Absolutely loved this property & we will be back! It could use some updating on living room furniture, but that is never a concern of mine- especially when the price is right and this one was! We had 3 full families stay with kids- 6 adults, 5 kids, & a toddler. We had AMPLE parking under the house and in the driveway. The dock is AMAZING!! There was a fishing pole for our use. The town is so small, we suggest getting a golf cart (so fun!). The property overall is very large. The sandy area out back was so fun for the kids. We never had a chance to play shuffle board, but we will next time. Also, there’s plenty of chairs & seating inside and on the back patio.

The place was great. Roomy and clean, spent most of the time on the dock enjoying the view. Caryn was very responsive with communication. Unfortunately, there was no fire pit as listed but Caryn contacted the owner immediately and they gave us permission to use a space where we created a small pit. We would certainly return to this location in the future.

Very easy check in and communicatiin was efficient and Pelican responded quickly to our questions before arrival. The home was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I would rent this home again.
