Jodi's house was great! First, the instructions were super clear and easy, especially the checklist for check-out that was a great idea. The house is super well equipped and clean- The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and all was in excellent condition. We didn't get to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked to because we were there for the UVM graduation weekend- next time! Thank you Jodi!

Exactly as listed. Beautiful lake view through the trees. We were only there for a couple of days so I didn't get to explore the lakefront as much as I'd have liked. Temperate time of year. In the evenings if it was too warm inside we opened a couple of windows and turned on the main house fan which cooled it off nicely. We did use the fireplace for ambience but it especially heats up the upstairs because of the open loft design. We were comfortable on the main level then I went upstairs and it was extremely warm, so something to be aware of. The spiral staircase is quite steep so I'd advise caution to families with young children or anyone who struggles with stairs. The bathroom and one of the bedrooms are on the main level however so not necessary to go up for anyone who isn't comfortable. Bathroom was clean, some toiletries were provided. Lots of towels. Appliances are beautiful and in good repair. Beds were comfy. Dirt road to get there had some good sized potholes so drive slow!

La cabaña es hermosa, la vista al lago es muy bonita, tiene todos los servicios que uno requiere para alojarse, la comunicación con Jody fue excelente ya que todas las recomendaciones e indicaciones que nos dio fueron claras y precisas. Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar para descansar ya que es muy tranquila la zona ya que se encuentra en medio del bosque. No tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia.

We had a great stay at Jody's cabin. Very peaceful and a warm and cosy place to relax. Well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. Good walks to the lake through the woods and although a steep climb down to the lake from the cabin it's manageable and we had a swim a couple of times. Didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but they would have been great if we'd had more time. Jody's communications were clear and access into the cabin was easy. Thank you.

Jody's place was very nice, in the woods with a view of the pond. We enjoyed the open space and very functional kitchen! We had some trouble with the heating system, but Jody was right on it and had it fixed as quickly as possible. Luckily, it was not too cold and we were fine with the gas fireplace for shorterm use. We appreciated Jody's excellent and responsive communication and her very friendly and nice neighbors who came to help trouble shoot the problem! Would love to come back when the weather is more conducive to use the kayaks!
