The place was perfect for our needs. It was very close to downtown and some great distilleries! We stayed here for the KY derby which was about an hour drive but easy to get to and perfect for our needs! We received all notifications needed and didn’t really have any additional needs once there! All went smoothly!

Absolutely loved staying at your place and my fur babies loved the fenced in back yard. Trying to convince my husband to build us a fence. The apartment was very clean and relaxing. The mattress to the bed… I could sleep for days it was so comfortable. Loved the area and not far from walking distance to downtown Lawrenceburg. We will definitely be back.

Great location to many places on bourbon trail. Fenced yard was a huge plus for our puppy. It is a duplex but the neighbor was very kind and loved dogs. Recommend off the ground coffee shop or the burg. Several nearby parks to walk your dog and people are very friendly. Only complaint is the beeping fridge. There was a sign to close well but still kind of annoying.
