The house is bright and airy offering four bedrooms in the main house, plus the option of a fifth bedroom in the garden anexe with kitchenette and bathroom. This garden room is perfect for a nanny, grandparent or older teenager and makes the house a very flexible space. The downstairs bedrooms comprise a king size with en-suite shower and two twin rooms with single beds which can be easily pushed together to make super kings. Lubbers is a couple of minutes walk to the shops and eateries of East Wittering and just a 20 minute walk up the beach to the white sands of West Wittering beach. It is ideally located for swimming, water sports, cycling, walking and local attractions. There is ample off street parking for 2 cars and additional paid parking is available across the road in the public car park.
