We're set in the picturesque village of Redbrook. Redbrook is a friendly community, served by two pubs (The Bell and The Boat), both dog and child friendly, and a well stocked village shop and post office. It's a level walk of just a few yards from the apartment to the pubs, shop, village green, enclosed village playground and the River Wye itself. Time your visit well, and you could take part in one of the two music festivals the village hosts each year. The Wye Valley walk and Offa's Dyke path go past us and the River Wye is close enough to carry your canoe to our garage. We’re also right on the doorstep of The Forest of Dean. Monmouth is a couple of miles away, with an excellent selection of places at which to shop or eat.
Grant and I are very enthusiastic about our little village and what it has to offer. We have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years, in the UK and abroad, and we try our best to make Wye Green somewhere we would like to stay ourselves.

Redbrook is on the A466, which runs along the Wye from Chepstow to Monmouth. There are bus stops along its length, so walking as far as you like along the Wye, or to Monmouth, and catching the bus back is a real possibility!
The area provides excellent scope for walking, cycling or messing about on the river, whilst surrounded by a very pretty landscape.
There is parking at the front of the property for two cars.
