Beautiful and spacious house overlooking the water. Loved looking out at the boats and kayaks at different times of the day, especially from the Adirondack chairs on the dock. Walkable to many local restaurants and coffee shops including Biel’s lobster pound (excellent.) Easy drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Owner was responsive and kind; went out of her way to help me find a babysitter. Great place!

This lovely home provided perfect setting for family gathering of 3 couples. Welcoming and clean. Enjoyed a wonderful week there. Spacious for 6 adults. Living rm/dining rm with panoramic view of the harbor great gathering place. Nicely stocked large kitchen. Launched our kayaks/ paddle boards from the stoney beach. New deck provided hrs of relaxation. 3 nicely-sized bedrms with comfortable beds. Upstairs bedrms: 1 - air conditioning, other stayed cool with fans. Spacious upstairs sitting area with views of harbor. House worked well for husband with mobility disability (walker, wheelchair, motor scooter). 1st floor air conditioned bedrm/bath was perfect. Shower (safety bars & low profile lip) accessible. Chair lift from first floor to basement provided access to backyard (then assistance down steps to deck). He used scooter on sidewalk from house into town. Meg was very responsive/ great to work with. This charming, historic home, is a real delight. Would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay, all the comforts of home and then some. The house is welcoming and has everything you need. Great beds. We loved the kitchen for a home cooked meal, however there are super food options walking distance away — all off the beaten path. The views from this house are nothing short of spectacular. Overall: Just perfect.
