You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming studio in Swanage. The Studio is a detached space with a kitchenette and an en-suite shower room. There is also an outside space to sit and relax. Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Checkin 3pm checkout 10am. The studio is a brand new build located on our property in a quiet residential road near the hospital and a short walk down hill into town. The studio has a Super King sized bed (configured to twin beds if needed). Check -in 3pm , checkout 10am. The space is for two adults only. We allow ONE small non moulting breed of dog. (Additional cleaning charge) please message me before booking to agree dog meets my criteria. Dogs must not be left unattended during your stay. We do not accept babies or young children . A small kitchenette (no cooking facilities but there is a microwave ) with a breakfast bar , silent mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Selection of teas, coffee and fresh milk provided. En-suite shower room with a rain shower and shampoo and body wash are supplied. A lit mirror and sink unit , heated towel rail and shaving point . The linen is 100% cotton/Eygyptian and fluffy cotton towels. ( Towel change after 4 day stay) There is a 32 in HD Smart TV, a wardobe, Bonoco air cooling fan and luggage rack. Continental breakfast ( freshly baked croissants and rolls, ham,cheese,yogurts, fresh fruit, orange juice, butter and jams) is provided and delivered to your door for you to enjoy in your own space. I normally enter room when you have gone out, so as not to disturb you , to replenish tea/coffee station, empty waste bin. Please let me know if you do not wish me to do that.
